Once the most valuable talent in Europe when leaving Benfica to join Atletico Madrid at the blockbuster price, Joao Felix continuously disappointed in foreign exports. He did not show much in Barcelona during the loan time, then continued to wear Chelsea in the Premier League. Last season, AC Milan became the next Portuguese star.
