Newcastle United has officially completed the contract to recruit striker Anthony Elanga from Nottingham Forest.

After two impressive seasons at Nottingham Forest, Anthony Elanga decided to leave City Ground to start a new journey at St James' Park.

“I have had two great years at Nottingham Forest. It was a place to help me grow up and become a player like the present. But now I am really happy to wear Newcastle.”Elanga shared in the announcement. “The team won the title last season and is building something very special. I really want to be part of that journey.”
Newcastle has reached the 5th place in the Premier League last season and won tickets to play in the Champions League playground. They will have an Elanga full of speed, technique and desire to contribute. This is also the first major contract of “Choi Chu” in the summer transfer window this year.
At Forest, Elanga played a total of 82 matches, scored 11 goals and contributed 21 assists, a respectable performance for a 23 -year -old new player.
