When it rains heavily, the wind jerks, these temporary structures are easily collapsed, which can cause serious injuries for players. In addition to the risk of facilities, the rainy season also has many health and physical problems. It is humid, cold, causing the body to lose heat quickly, increasing the risk of muscle tension, cramps, even joint injuries.
Start carefully, keep the body warm and choose outfit with good absorbency is essential. In particular, shoes must have good sole to avoid slippery, and if there is a history of injury, should wear knee, wrist or elbow protection.
