Liverpool successfully recruited Milos Kerkez

Liverpool has reached an agreement with Bournemouth to recruit left -back Milos Kerkez in a deal worth about 40 million pounds.

Kerkez will wear Liverpool next season

The medical examination is expected to take place next week, before this left -back signed a 5 -year contract with Anfield. Currently, the deal has moved to the stage of completing papers after the two clubs agreed on the transfer terms.

As for Bournemouth, they soon prepared when recruiting Adrien Truffert from Rennes this summer, and also had left -back Julio Soler (U23 Argentina) from the winter transfer window.

Earlier, The Athletic reported from June 3 that Liverpool was targeting Kerkez after a breakthrough season of 2024/25. In a recent interview in March, 21 -year -old defender Hungary expressed his desire to play at the highest level and compete for titles.

Kerkez has made great maturity in Bournemouth

“When I was young, I always dreamed of playing at the highest level, winning the titles and wearing big clubs. These are the things that the representative and my father are dealing with. They do not bother me because the season is still happening, so there is no reason to discuss those things at the moment,” Kerkez shared.

Kerkez joined Bournemouth from AZ Alkmaar for about £ 15.5 million in July 2023. He had 67 appearances for Bournemouth in the two seasons, including a lasting season.
