Coach Ruben Amorim is said to have decided not to bring a MU player into the plan to exchange people in the deal to recruit Carlos Baleba on the Brighton side.
After reaching an agreement to recruit striker Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig earlier this week, MU is trying to strengthen forces in other positions. On Wednesday, reporter David Ornstein of The Athletic said MU contacted Brighton to find out the conditions for signing a contract with midfielder Carlos BaleBa.
He wrote on social networks: “MU contacted Brighton to explore the possibility of Carlos BaleBa. #Bhafc has no intention of selling this summer and all parties understand that the deal may be impossible.
It is known that Brighton values BaleBa at £ 100 million and does not want to sell, especially when the Premier League will start a week. On Friday, the information appeared that a MU player would not be put into exchange in the BaleBa deal.
According to Manchester Evening News (Men), young midfielder Toby Collyer “will not be considered” as part of the exchange agreement to get BaleBa. Earlier, there was a rumor that COLLLLYER could be used as an exchange because he grew up from Brighton's training furnace before joining MU.
However, the source from yeast rejected this, saying that COLLLLYER could leave on loan. Talking about the future, Collyer shared during the US trip to MU: “The first and most important thing is that I want to stay here and play as much match as possible for Man United. I will sit down with the coach and management to find the best solution. The best way for me to grow, whether I stay or go in borrowed form.”
He added: “My ultimate goal is to play as many minutes as possible here, hoping to be kicked every week. At this point, my feeling is to stay and play as much as possible.
