MU is racing with time to bring to Mads Hermansen, one of the most talented goalkeepers of Denmark.
MU's coach Ruben Amorim has Andre Onana, Altay Bayindir and Tom Heaton are his three goalkeeper choices. However, Amorim is looking for a potential replacement for the number one goalkeeper Onana, who has made some serious errors since the movement came from Inter Milan in 2023.
According to The Sun, MU's head coach has determined that Mads Hermansen is a potential choice to replace Onana. 25 years old, Hermansen belongs to Leicester payroll and is considered as one of the most talented goalkeepers of Denmark. Therefore, MU currently has very urgent moves to be able to bring Mads Hernamen from the “fox” in the transfer window this summer. According to some sources, the contacts between the two sides have obtained positive signals.
In fact, in addition to MU, Hermansen was closely pursued by West Ham. It is also reported that The Hammers has reached an individual agreement with the Danish goalkeeper. But both Leicester and West Ham have not made any specific confirmation.
Also added, the “Red Devils” recently failed to borrow Emiliano Martinez, who may leave Aston Villa before the summer transfer closed next month. MU is also said to be closely monitoring Gianluigi Donnarumma, after PSG brought goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier from Lille.
