MU expressed interest in Kolo Muorni just hours after Marcus Rashford found a new club.
Rashford was borrowed by Aston Villa in the second half of the 2024/25 season, after no longer being used by coach Ruben Amorim. Initially, it is unclear whether the relationship between both can be healed after Rashford returns to Old Trafford. But everything was worse after the British player was eliminated from MU 29 squad for a friendly match with Leeds MU in Sweden.
In the end, everything has to come. MU accepted Barca's offer to borrow Rashford. Just a few hours after the news related to Rashford's coming to Barca, the rumors around him replaced his potential at MU were also transmitted.
According to Footmercato, both Newcastle and MU are interested in striker Randal Kolo Muavi of PSG, who spent the second half of the 2024/25 season at Juventus on loan. During his time in Turin, the French player impressed with 10 goals and 3 assists in 22 appearances.
Kolo Muorni, 26, has a contract with PSG until June 2028 but is having difficulty gaining a major kick in Luis Enrique's squad. He currently competes with Desire Doue, Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the striker.
The 26 -year -old has signed a contract with PSG in a deal worth £ 76.4 million by 2023 but so far has not met the expectation in the French capital. According to Transfermarkt, Muorni is currently worth about 30 million euros (£ 26.1 million).
