It was no longer a rumor, the Hanoi Police Club has officially launched rookie Leygley Adou Minh Minh from Hong Linh Ha Tinh on the evening of July 25.
The notice was given by the police industry on the club's homepage: “Welcome center -back Leygley Adou Minh to join the Hanoi Police FC's family! Be ready for what Adou Minh brings.”
This is considered one of the most notable deals in V.League before the 2025/2026 season, promising to reinforce the defense of the police team in the context that they will have to attend on many fronts in the new season.

Leygley Adou Minh, born on September 9, 1997 in Grenoble, France, carried two Vietnamese – French bloodlines, with his French French of Ivory Coast and his mother was Vietnamese. Before joining Hong Linh Ha Tinh in August, Adou Minh had many years of playing in low-class divisions in France, including Grenoble (2015-2017), Annecy (2017-2020) and Racing Besancon (2020-2024). He came to Vietnam to try out in Hong Linh Ha Tinh and quickly captured the main stone thanks to impressive performance.
With a calm gameplay, good ability to read situations, and strong and accurate ball switches, Adou Minh is considered as one of the most stable and effective players in the tournament. He played a total of 22 matches in 26 rounds, played a full 90 minutes in most matches and even contributed an important goal.
The excellence of Adou Minh has contributed greatly to help Hong Linh Ha Tinh reached the 5th position with a solid defense, only conceded 20 goals – the second good performance in the tournament, after the Nam Dinh green steel champion. Along with foreign soldiers Helerson, Adou Minh created a “steel wall” in front of the goal of the mountain team. This excellent performance has helped Adou Minh honored to enter the typical squad of V.League 2024/2025.
Although there is still a year with Hong Linh Ha Tinh, Adou Minh decided to join CAHN to seek new challenges and promotion opportunities in his career. Initially, this player was said to have rejected the offer from the capital team to continue to stick with the Hong Mountain team. However, he finally changed his mind and chose CAHN as the next stop in his career.
In CAHN, Adou Minh will reunite with the French overseas Vietnamese, high -back Pendant Quang Vinh, and compete with the position with quality central defenders such as Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Hugo Gomes, Giap Tuan Duong, Tran Dinh Trong, … Coach Polking is expected to continue using the diagram of 3 central defenders, opening opportunities for Adou Minh
One of the highlights of this deal is that CAHN is committed to supporting Adou Minh to complete the procedures for Vietnamese citizenship, opening up opportunities for him to play for the national team in the future. Earlier, Adou Minh expressed his ambition to contribute to Vietnam Tel: “I will try to show the best as possible. If I have the opportunity, I am very honored to play for the national team.”
With experience in Europe and impressive performance in V.League, Adou Minh is considered as a bright candidate to join Vietnam Tel, besides other overseas Vietnamese players like Nguyen Filip and Cao Pendant Quang Vinh.
