Everton surpassed Liverpool and Chelsea Sao Lyon

Everton is said to have made unexpected offers worth 36 million euros (£ 31.5 million) and extra fees to sign a contract with Lyon's Malick Fofana.

The French newspaper L'Equipe reported that Everton could reach an agreement with the French Club of Malick Fofana. David Moyes's team is also discussing personal terms with Fofana.
