In a summer, Man United successfully bought three strikers to replace the entire striker, the latest is the striker Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
Fabrizio Romano affirmed that Man United reached an agreement with RB Leipzig to recruit striker Benjamin Sesko, with a transfer fee of 76.5 million euros, plus 8.5 million euros surcharges. Personal contracts have been agreed, Sesko will sign a contract with a term to 2030.
Meanwhile, David Ornstein updates the deal details. The Slovenian striker expressed his desire to join the Red Devils from Tuesday and now the deal has officially become a reality.

Despite receiving attention from Newcastle with an offer of up to 82.5 million euros plus 2.5 million surcharges, Sesko still prioritized to Manchester United. Earlier, Newcastle used 75 million + 5 million euros, then raised it to at least 80 million euros on Monday. Leipzig agreed with this last proposal, but Sesko leaned towards the Old Trafford team.
Even according to Germany, the striker born in 2003 has accepted a lower salary in Man United (compared to Newcastle). Sesko's representative also abandoned a part of the commission to accelerate the deal. After the two clubs reached the price agreement, Benjamin Sesko was allowed to fly to Manchester for medical examination. All procedures of the deal will be completed in the near future.
Last season, Sesko scored 21 goals in all competitions for Leipzig. Since joining this team from RB Salzburg in 2023, he has scored a total of 39 goals and has 8 assists after 87 matches.
Before Sesko, Man United increased the fair goods with two contracts of Matheus Cunha (from Wolves) and Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford). Now, they officially replace the trio and will find the output for the names that are not important in the rest of the summer market.
