Tottenham Hotspur is expressing special attention to West Ham's Mohammed Kudus in the summer transfer window, while Chelsea also silently followed the Ghana star.

With the goal of strengthening the attack, Tottenham is looking for a striker who can play flexibly in every position on the front line, and Mohammed Kudus is the player they need. However, he is only one of many names that the “rooster” management is considering, besides Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth) and Eberechi Eze (Crystal Palace).

However, it is not easy for Tottenham to realize these deals. Mbeumo is said to be given priority to Man United, while Bournemouth is screaming high prices for Semenyo. In that context, Kudus became the most feasible plan.
Notably, Tottenham has never recruited any player from West Ham since the case of Scott Parker in 2011. But the story can turn in the other way this summer, because West Ham is ready to listen to the offer for Kudus to support coach Graham Potter to restructure the squad. For his part, Kudus understood the situation and was open with the ability to leave.
Meanwhile, Chelsea has not closed the transfer period despite reaching an agreement to recruit Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens. They continued closely monitoring the movement around Kudus and ready to act if the chance.
In fact, Chelsea was proposed to sign with Kudus early in the summer and this player has been within their sights since he was wearing Ajax. However, the Blues encountered obstacles when proposing to bring the player to West Ham in the form of exchange as part of the deal, which the “slaughter hammer” side was not very interested.
