Brentford football director, Phil Giles, confirmed that Christian Norgaard was likely to complete the transfer to Arsenal.

Norgaard joined Brentford in 2019, the midfielder had 196 appearances in all competitions for the London team. The current contract of the Danish player with Brentford is limited to June 2027.
