The highlight of the match is the ability to rotate the squad of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet. He succeeded in maintaining a stable game while giving opportunities, gaining experience to young players. In addition, the pillars such as Bich Tuyen, Thanh Thuy and Bich Thuy continue to shine with powerful attacks and solid balls, clearly showing the superior quality of the team.

Meanwhile, the Philippines recruited with a force that did not have many pillars who have participated in the AVC Nations Cup 2025, like Alyssa Solomon, made them unable to make a big surprise against the home team.

In another development, recruiting U21 Vietnam – attending the U21 content of VTV Cup – did not have the same luck when losing the second match in a row against U21 Thailand.
