The Arsenal Club Home has officially announced the transfer of goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga from the 'neighbor' team.
After two seasons borrowed by Chelsea to Real Madrid and Bournemouth teams, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga finally found a new stop when signing a contract with Arsenal in the summer transfer window 2025.
After signing a contract with 'Gunners', Kepa shared: “I am really, really happy to be here and are very excited and expect the things that are going to happen at Arsenal. The determination to win the club shows, through conversations with coach Mikel Arteta makes me believe that the team is very close to success. Hopefully we will achieve it together.”

Talking about the new student, coach Arteta said: “We are happy to have Kepa to join. He is a player that we have confronted many times in recent seasons. He has a rich experience and will be an example for his teammates to learn.

Coming from Northern Spain, Kepa grew up through Athletic Bilbao's training furnace before asserting his talent in his home country, then shining at Chelsea and the borrowed teams. This 30 -year -old goalkeeper, used to be the most expensive player in the world when moving from Athletic Bilbao to Chelsea in 2018, carrying experience with 140 appearances in the Premier League, and many titles such as the Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
After two loan seasons at Real Madrid and Bournemouth, Kepa now joined Arsenal to strengthen goalkeepers. At the Emirates Stadium, Kepa will play at 13. He will soon be at the Sobha Realty Training Center to integrate with the 'The Gunners' members.
