Tottenham has identified Piero Hincapie as a player worth pursuing in the last days of the transfer, but they are currently at risk of losing another target to Arsenal.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham proposed Hincapie, starting with a loan contract and becoming an official contract next summer. This offer binding to buy broken is equivalent to the Terms of Liberation worth 60 million euros from the Ecuador center defender with Leverkusen, but it is important to delay the payment of this amount until 2026.
