The world's No. 1 player Carlos Alcaraz kept his promise of a bold appearance after being crowned US Open 2025.
Alcaraz, who regained the world's No. 1 position after the victory over Jannik Sinner in the final, has just introduced the extremely impressive short -cut platinum hair this week.
The story of his hair started in New York, when his brother Alvaro accidentally cut Alcaraz's hair before the tournament. The only handling is to shave, leaving an uneven short hairstyle that makes fans talk.
However, Alcaraz did not mind but still went straight to the final without losing a set. The 22 -year -old player, who often celebrates the Grand Slam titles by tattooing new pictures, this year announced he would choose another memory.

And on Tuesday, his own barber, Victor Martinez announced a new hairstyle on Instagram with the caption: “Back to No. 1 and a new look. Carlos, we are crazy.”
Alcaraz also posted a series of photos that recorded the journey, from Alvaro's hand slide with the trimmer, until the time to try the platinum wig, and then the moment of applying bleach before real dyeing. The set of photos also revealed jubilant moments in New York, including a golf match with Sergio Garcia and a party with Adrien Brody and J Balvin.
Alcaraz really has too much to celebrate. The victory of 4 sets against Sinner brought him the 6th Grand Slam title in his career, the second time in New York, and helped him become the youngest player in the history of championships many Grand Slam on all 3 sides.
