Dinh Y Quyen was born in 1996 in Gia Lai, who is H'Re. She graduated with a general medicine at the Central Highlands Medical University, currently a dermatologist at Gia Lai General Hospital.
At Miss Grand Vietnam 2025, Dinh Y Quyen carries the number of 303 newspapers, noted by his bright face, white skin and a height of 1m72, measurement of three rounds 85-60-92 cm. She belongs to the top contestant with outstanding height at this year's competition.

Y Quyen said that due to the study of medicine at that time was a priority, so it was impossible to arrange the exam time.
