According to the Daily Mail, Dortmund is in the process of advanced negotiations to complete the Carney Chukwuemeka transfer contract from Chelsea.
Last season, Carney Chukwuemeka was lent at Dortmund, the German team tried to persuade Chelsea to lend the British player one more season. But The Blues repeatedly rejected Dortmund's loan offer and just wanted to sell Chukwuemeka.
It seems that the agreement is getting closer when Fabrizio Romano posted on X that Chelsea and Dortmund finally had an advanced negotiation on this deal.

Chukwuemeka really wants to move to Dortmund, where he will be with the young English player Jobobe Bellingham. Chukwuemeka has had a total of 32 appearances for Chelsea since he joined the Blues from Aston Villa with a £ 20 million contract two years ago.
But he was considered a redundant at Stamford Bridge and now seems to be moved to Westfalenstadion. The Daily Mail reported that the Italian club, Juventus also asked Chelsea about Chukwuemeka, but he would most likely come to Dortmund.
