The young Colombian striker, Jhon Duran, has reached an agreement to join Fenerbahce – the team being led by coach Jose Mourinho. This is one of the most noticeable deals in the summer transfer window 2025.
According to information from the leading transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the deal has reached a complete agreement between three parties: Al Nassr, Fenerbahce and Duran individual. Specifically, Romano confirmed with the familiar phrase “Here We Go!” On social network X, accompanied by details that Duran will sign a 1 -year contract with the Turkish team on loan, lasting until June 2026.
Earlier, the 20 -year -old has received attention from many big teams. However, Duran is said to have chosen Fenerbahce because of the “attractive sports project” under Mourinho's hand, who directly called him to persuade him.
Duran will come to Istanbul in the next few days to complete the medical examination and sign a contract. Once considered one of the most promising talents in South America, Jhon Duran moved to Aston Villa from Chicago Fire in January 2023 for a fee of £ 15 million.
