In the semi -finals of the 2025 expansion, the famous Iga Swiatek and Casper Ruud had a hard match against Jessica Pegula and Jack Draper in the content of men and women. Even so, they still won their names in the championship match.
In front of the crowd of spectators present at Arthur Ashe, Swiatek and Ruud had a dream start when winning 5-3 in the first set. However, in the second set, they lost to Pegula and Draper with the same ratio.

With a quick victory after 2 sets with the same score of 4-2, Errani and Vavassori faced the opportunity to protect the US championship expansion of men and women's content if passing the last gate called Swiatek and Ruud.
