Liverpool confirmed that Darwin Nunez has completed the transfer procedure to al-Hilal, the deal will bring the Red Brigade a large amount of money.
Darwin Nunez ended a 3-year period of attachment to Liverpool, after he finished moving to the Al-Hilal Club, the team was playing in the Saudi Pro League. Nunez left Anfield after 143 appearances and scored 40 goals, winning the Premier League and Carabao Cup.
The Liverpool homepage wrote: “Darwin Nunez's 3 -year phase at the team closed after completing the switch to Al Hilal today. The entire club would like to thank Darwin for the contributions, and wish Darwin and his family the best in the future.”

The striker came to Liverpool from Benfica in the summer of 2022, he scored right in the official debut to help Jurgen Klopp's team defeat Man City, thereby winning the title of the UK Super Cup. The first season in the Liverpool shirt, he scored 15 goals in 42 appearances in all competitions and twice was honored as the best player of the club's month.
Nunez improved his scoring achievement in the next season by scoring 18 goals. The 2024/25 season is his last season with the port city team, the season that Nunez did not score too many goals but the Merseyside team won the Premier League.
According to ESPN, the 26 -year -old striker completed the transfer to Al Hilal for a fee of 53 million euros. The Uruguayan striker completed medical examination, signed a contract with a term of 3 years and an income of up to 30 million euros per season (400,000 euros/week).
Nunez joined the army with Al-Hilal on a pre-season training trip in Germany. His departure could cause Liverpool to accelerate the Isak crop, earlier, their £ 110 million worth were rejected by Newcastle.
