MU has officially signed a professional contract with a 18-year-old French striker, Enzo Kana-Biyik. However, will this player have the opportunity to play under coach Ruben Amorim?
In fact, MU has reached an agreement with Kana-Biyik's host team, Le Havre from the end of April. And the parties have officially completed the transfer procedure today, July 10.
Last season, this French talented young player scored 9 goals in 18 matches for the U19 Le Havre team and had 2 times from the bench in the first team of the first team of Normandie. Currently, MU has not revealed the contract term between the two sides. But according to the French press, the contract is signed for 4 or 5 years.
Immediately after signing the contract, this emerging talent was lent for 1 year at Lausanne-Sport Club of the Swiss league. MU scouts appreciate Kana-biyik in the natural goalscoring talent when he was born into a family rich in football tradition in Cameroon.
His father, Andrre Kana-Biyik, played for Le Havre in the early 1990s and had 80 captured Cameroon national teams in the international career that lasted for nearly a decade. Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik, Enzo's brother, also started his career at Le Havre and then played for Rennes, Toulouse and Metz, before 5 years of playing in Türkiye.
Kana-Biyik's forte position is a striker thanks to his good ability to hunt and make walls. However, he can play in both public and two wings. He also had 7 French U18 coats and was considered one of the promising talents of football in the Luc Lang -shaped land.
