The photo was deleted from Getty. It is not clear how or why it is uploaded. The Daily Express reported that Arsenal was about to officially announce the contract with Mosquera. Arsenal will pay 20 million euros (17.3 million pounds) to sign a contract with the 21 -year -old from Valencia.
