'Superman' HAGL Tran Gia Huy has a new turn


Young midfielder Tran Gia Huy, who is known as HAGL's “superman” broke up with Hoa Binh after the First Division QG 2024/25.

Recently, on his personal Facebook page, Tran Gia Huy sent his gratitude to the Board of Directors, the Training Board, the fans, his teammates and all the staff in Hoa Binh FC. This can be considered as a farewell of this young midfielder to the team after the 2024/25 season.

Under the post, many teammates and friends encouraged, sending good luck to Tran Gia Huy. Even coach Le Quoc Vuong implicitly confirmed that Tran Gia Huy would leave Hoa Binh FC when commenting: “Thank you for giving peace to peace, wish you the best!”.

Tran Gia Huy used to be famous for a while and spent a lot of paper ink, when he was suddenly recruited to HAGL JMG Academy with a short body, rickets, height was only 1m26 even though he was 10 years old. After 4 years of being transferred to Nutifood Academy and being “treated” on a special regimen, Tran Gia Huy had an impressive physical development. From a 13 -year -old boy who is only 1m33 tall, heavy malnutrition, Tran Gia Huy has jumped to 1m65 when attending the National U19 tournament in 2020 and 2021 in HAGL shirt. Now the “Superman” has a height of over 1m75 every day.

Despite being highly appreciated for thinking and tactical techniques, Gia Huy does not have “acting ground” in HAGL. After being sought by the Nutifood Academy in the professional teams, the original midfielder Thanh Hoa joined the Peace Club in the National First Division of 2023. In the first season, playing football in a professional playground, Gia Huy had an impressive performance, considered an indispensable factor when contributing 5 goals to the 4th achievement of Hoa Binh under the coach of Quoc Vuong.

However, in the 2023/24 season, coach Pham Thanh Luong replaced, Gia Huy did not have many opportunities to play. The midfielder broke up after half a season and moved to Phu Tho Club.

At the beginning of the 2024/25 season, Tran Gia Huy decided to return to Hoa Binh Club. In the familiar shirt, “superman HAGL” has found himself, becoming the main factor at the hands of coach Le Quoc Vuong. Closing the season, Tran Gia Huy and the home team of Hoa Binh Stadium ranked 7th and relegated successfully.
