Eleonora Bo, the wife of the former NBA star Danilo Gallinari, shared the creepy details about the shark that attacked her on social networks, called this “the worst day of life”.
After Danilo Gallinari ended the 16 -year journey at NBA and switched to Vaqueros de Bayamon Club in Puerto Rico, the couple enjoyed a new life in the sunny Caribbean. However, a seemingly relaxing beach trip turned into a nightmare when Eleonora, who was pregnant, was attacked by sharks near the shore at the Carolina resort.
“Small mermaid comes from Sardinia 1 – a baby shark from Puerto Rico 0”, she wrote on Instagram with a bit of bitter humor. “It was the worst day in my life. Perhaps Nella was right to say that 'the sea was a traitor'. I never thought that I could be attacked by sharks, especially when I was close to the beach and there was a lot of people.”
Eleonora said she had surgery to treat the bite, but confirmed that both her and the baby were fine: “Fortunately, I and the baby are safe. I was treated promptly, and the surgery to 're -attach' my poor foot was successful.”
“Now I just need to recover from this big shock, and learn how to forgive my big friend who betrayed you … Particularly for sharks – you will soon hear the news from my lawyer.”
Besides thanking those who have prayed and sent greetings, Eleonora did not forget to thank Danilo, the husband was always with her: “Thank my husband, even though he married a Fantozzi-Boi girl, always gave me love and courage. Today he left the whole concert of Bad Bunny for me. But don't expect anything!”
Danilo's younger brother, Federico Gallinari, also commented: “Fighting Ele! We have already caught the shark, let me handle it!”.
Danilo Gallinari was born on August 8, 1988 in Italy, was chosen by New York Knicks at 6th place at NBA Draft 2008. In his 16 -year career, he used to play for many big teams such as Denver Nuggets, La Clippers, Bucks, Hawks, Wizards and Pistons. The transfer to the BSN (Puerto Rico) is the first time he has played outside Europe and NBA since his youth.
