According to some sources, the collision occurred on the evening of June 12 at a pickleball yard in Quy Nhon Nam ward (Gia Lai). Here, the group of Mr. Tran Duc Hiep (born in 2001) has put the pitch at 19h30-21:00 and paid in advance.

However, when it was time to play, his group had to wait outside, because some of the previous groups still lingered to the yard to continue. When reminded, a man instead of having fun leaving the field had a very bad reaction. Not only threatened and cursed, this man also threw the racket strongly towards Mr. Hiep's group, causing N. to bleed in the forehead.

The victim was first aid and quickly taken to Binh Dinh General Hospital for treatment. Notably, after causing injury to the victim, the man who threatened the racket did not make an apology but quickly left the scene. It was not until Ms. N. was shocked and was discharged on June 14 that this person contacted the victim to propose to withdraw the complaint.

On July 15, the criminal investigation agency of Region 2, Military Region 5 (Gia Lai) confirmed that the complaint was received. According to the initial survey results, the man was identified as Vo Ngoc Hung, residing in Quy Nhon ward, Gia Lai province.

Although happening in June, the incident is only known when Mr. Hiep shared details of information and image of the victim on social networks. According to Mr. Hiep's sharing, the behavior of this man not only lacks culture, poor consciousness, but also shows thugs, extravagance and disregard for the law.
