Vietnamese women's volleyball team has just experienced difficult international matches, leaving many concerns for fans. The most prominent is the gap in the attack when the number one owner is absent, the factor is considered as a “trump card” in the tactical diagram of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet.
In the context of the team towards major tournaments of the year, the lack of Bich Tuyen has clearly revealed limitations. The remaining attacks are all efforts but can not face the strength and mutations that the “scoring machine” of LPBank Ninh Binh has brought.
The ability to finish the Vietnamese team thus becomes easy to catch cards, the attack lacks spearhead enough to break the opponent.
Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet in many matches tried to rotate personnel, rotate the squad in the hope of finding solutions. But the reality shows that the distance between Bich Tuyen and the rest is too large, both in terms of power, stubbornness as well as scoring performance.
Therefore, despite their efforts, the military leader born in 1976 still almost “giving up” in creating a perfect alternative.
This poses a long -term problem for Vietnamese women's volleyball: it cannot be too dependent on an individual. The investment and fostering of the adjacent owner with a height, physical strength and strong attack ability is mandatory.
If not, every time there is a lack of Bich Tuyen, the Vietnamese team will fall into a sightseeing scene and lose the competitive advantage against rivals in the region as well as the continent.
Fans expect that in the coming time, Bich Tuyen will soon return to bring stability to the team. However, the responsibility of coach Tuan Kiet and the Vietnam Volleyball Federation is to build the depth of the squad, creating an environment for young athletes to confidently carry an important role.
Only then will the Vietnamese women's team be able to maintain progress and aim for further goals instead of depending on a single star.
