AC Milan wants to find an experienced striker in Serie A to prepare for the 2025/26 season and they are contacting MU to ask about the case of Rasmus Hojlund.
According to Sky Sports, Milan soon contacted MU in the past 24 hours to ask about the ability to recruit Hojlund. Milan is looking for a strong style with a strong play to serve the tactics of coach Max Allegri.
After consideration, they consider Hojlund as an ideal choice. However, high likelihood will be a loan contract with the option to buy break at the end of the season. This can help Hojlund to regain form, and also bring the necessary addition to Milan's attack.
Currently, Milan is lacking in a chosen position. Only Santiago Gimenez is not enough for this club to fight in many different arenas, especially when the BLD hopes that Allegri can help the home team to compete strongly in Serie A as well as efforts to win tickets to the European Cup season 2026/27.
Hojlund had a season in Serie A for Atalanta, scored 10 goals and had 4 assists. He joined MU for 77.8 million euros in the summer of 2023.
At Old Trafford, Hojlund was miserable in asserting himself. Last season, he played 52 times but only scored 10 goals and contributed 4 assists, an unexpected achievement.
He was considered a “wooden leg” and coach Ruben Amorim is trying to find another excellent center, in order to solve the “output” problem for the goal.
Before Milan, Inter had pursued Hojlund but quickly withdrew. Coach Cristian Chivu decided to switch to recruiting Ange-Yoan Bonny from Parma, and put his faith in young player Pio Esposito. Now people wait to see how much Milan will spend to ask to buy Hojlund. Highly likely, Milan will ask to borrow Hojlund.
