Fabio Vieira was expected a lot after joining the Gunners from Porto 3 years ago, but he was disappointed and was pushed back by the Gunners to Porto on a loan last season. Vieira played quite well in Porto, but the Portuguese team did not have enough funding to buy him.
Vieira is expected to move to Parma with a transfer fee of 20 million pounds, but whether the Serie A Club can meet Arsenal's valuation or not still have to wait. There is no negotiation between the slaughter hammer and the Gunners, but this creative midfielder has been added to the list of potential targets of West Ham. Arsenal now has Martin Odegaard, Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman at No. 10, so they are really looking to sell the Portuguese player.
Dowman has attracted attention in friendly matches against AC Milan and Newcastle. The 15 -year -old will have the opportunity in the first Arsenal team next season, and pushing Vieira will give this young player more chance to play.
