Arsenal has announced signing a contract with Noni Madueke from Chelsea, the Gunners must spend up to £ 52 million on the deal.
Noni Madueke has signed a 5 -year contract with Arsenal, sticking to the Gunners to 2030. The British player became Arsenal's fourth rookie during the summer transfer, after Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The Gunners are also said to be negotiating with Valencia's defender Cristhian Mosquera and Sporting's striker Viktor Gyokeres, while the personal terms are thought to have been agreed with Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze winger.
Noni Madueke sent a message to Arsenal fans. |
Madueke is the next player of Chelsea to join Arsenal, after Petr Cech, Kai Havertz, Jorginho and Kepa. However, NHM Arsenal did not seem to support the deal, the hashtag #NOTOMADUEKE began to become a trend on X when rumors of Gunners recruited a 23 -year -old player.
Even a petition has thousands of signatures that require Arsenal to give up their interest immediately with Madueke. The lack of stability is the reason why NHM Arsenal opposed the deal, but the British player voiced reassuring the Emirates team, he said:
“It is great to return home (North London), with my parents. I am eager with the new journey. I talked to Declan Rice, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Bukayo Saka, even Jurrien Timber, all of them said great things about clubs, culture, warmth and affection here.
I am really happy to become a part of the Arsenal family. I want to win a lot of victories, I want to win the title of the same club. I feel we are definitely able to do that. I want to help the team as much as possible. Arsenal fans, I am looking forward to seeing friends at Emirates. I am extremely, extremely happy to be here. ”
Arsenal has confirmed that because Madueke attended the FIFA Club World Cup with Chelsea, he would not take a trip to Asia and will join the new teammates in early August.
