Arsenal accidentally revealed the 5th rookie before announcing Madueke

Arsenal seemed to have accidentally published the fifth contract this summer, when a picture of defender Cristhian Mosquera appeared in the interview with the club media team was wrongly posted online.

Arsenal's Twitter page accidentally revealed the image of Mosquera wearing Arsenal's shirt

While updating the series of the completed deal of Noni Madueke, Arsenal unexpectedly attached a photo showing Mosquera being interviewed by the media team of the club in the “Gunners” set.

The photo was then quickly removed, but did not prevent the fans from detecting and sharing widely. This image almost confirmed that Mosquera was ready to become the next rookie at the Emirates Stadium.

Although not the most popular name in Arsenal's transfer window this summer, Mosquera is considered a smart deal. The 21 -year -old has impressed in the last two seasons in La Liga in Valencia.

Mosquera is a modern center -back, both strong and smart

In the context that both William Saliba and Gabriel have many times suffered injuries, the addition of Mosquera will help increase the depth of the Arsenal defense. Mosquera also shared about confusion when he had to break up with Valencia, the team trained and developed him from a very young age.

Interestingly, Mosquera does not start a sports career with football. He used to be a basketball player and then played futsal during his childhood before deciding to switch to 11 people football. He started at the youth teams SCD Carolinas, then Hercules and finally Valencia.

Now, when the recruitment of Mosquera has been almost “confirmed”, Arsenal will probably not need to wait any longer to officially announce this young rookie. Most likely he will join the new teammates in the upcoming Asian tour.

In another development, the London team is still actively negotiating to accomplish its top goals in the summer market 2025. It was striker Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon.
