MU agreed to lend Milan Hojlund, suddenly targeting the pillar of Bayern's defense

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, MU agreed to lend AC Milan striker Rasmus Hojlund and the two sides were only negotiating the terms of the contract. Besides, the Red Devils also suddenly aimed to buy Dayot Upamecano of Bayern.

MU is negotiating with Milan about the lend of Hojlund

After recruiting Benjamin Sesko, MU was ready for Hojlund to leave. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Red Devils reached an agreement with AC Milan about the basic terms for this deal.

However, the two sides still need to agree on some details. Milan wants to borrow only about 4–5 million euros, while MU wants to buy a minimum purchase at a minimum of 45 million euros (£ 38.8 million), even up to 50 million euros. Milan's side wants this level below 40 million euros.

The biggest obstacle lies in Hojlund itself, who still wants to stay at Old Trafford despite the appearance of Sesko. If the Danish striker is determined to stay in England, MU and Milan will not be able to do anything else. Next week may be decisive for whether this deal is successful or not. If it fails, Milan will turn to other goals.

Upamecano suddenly caught the sight of MU

In another development, MU is also taking into account the plan to recruit Dayot Upamecano from Bayern Munich. The Red Devils upgraded the attack with Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cuha and Benjamin Sesko, but Amorim coach still wanted to strengthen the defense.

And Upamecano is currently on the priority list. The contract of the French center -back will expire next season. Bayern is promoting an extension but has not reached an agreement, and the attention from MU makes this process even more difficult. Even, the representative of Upamecano invited him to some other Premier League clubs.

Besides, MU still cares about Brighton's midfielder Baleba. The first offer in the form of a plus player was rejected, although MU was willing to bring Toby Collyer into the exchange. Brighton did not want to sell, and only considered if they received an offer of about 115 million pounds.
