Paris Saint-Germain has officially completed the blockbuster contract with midfielder Illia Zabarnyi from Bournemouth, information confirmed by two clubs on Tuesday.

The deal turns Illia Zabarnyi into the next name to leave Bournemouth in a summer when they were torn by the Vitality team in the defense. Earlier, Dean Huijsen arrived at Real Madrid, Milos Kerkez joined Liverpool and goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga moved to Arsenal.

The star of the Ukrainian team signed a 5 -year contract with PSG, in the deal worth up to 57.1 million pounds. Last season, Zabarnyi played 36 matches for Bournemouth, scored 1 goal and contributed to the team to achieve historic milestones, 56 points in the Premier League, their highest achievement. On the international level, he had 49 caps with Ukraine, including 3 matches at Euro 2024.
Paris Saint-Germain is in the ultimate sublimation period when he won the first Champions League championship in May, after the 5-0 destruction victory over Inter Milan in the final in Munich. This summer, coach Luis Enrique not only brought back Zabarnyi but also added goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier, ready for a new conquest.
