On its homepage, the Hong Mountain team officially confirmed signing a contract with the French expert Tunisia.

The notice clearly stated: “For the first time, Hong Linh Ha Tinh has a physical expert who is a foreigner. And the special thing is that he has 25 years of experience in the field he is working. He used to work for: The top European club Olympique Marseille, Nigerian national team, assistant for coach Philippe Troussier at Zhejiang Club in China Super League 2014/2015.
Taofik Harzi's physical coach was born in 1973, used to be an athlete specializing in the average distance, achieving impressive achievements with the time of 1'48 ”at 800m and 3'43” at 1500m. After retiring his career, he turned to the role of physical coach and worked at many professional football clubs.
Harzi is known as the “silent hero” in the coaching staff, focusing on improving physical and performance for athletes. He emphasized that “a good preparation is the essence of success” and always seeking opportunities to learn to improve the training method.
He is considered a rich physical expert, from working in major tournaments in Africa and Asia to Europe. He shared in a 2015 interview that he was not afraid to move to areas such as Maghreb, Gulf or West African countries to continue his career. The flexibility and passion of coach Harzi helped many athletes and teams achieve high results.
