Presnel Kimpembe, World Cup 2018 champion and France left PSG after 20 years of attachment to join Qatar Sports Club in the Qatar league.
The French defender enrolled in the PSG Academy in 2005 and played 241 matches for the club, scored 3 goals and had 2 assists. Kimpembe was born in Paris, launched the first team of PSG in 2014 and was awarded the captain of the childhood club.
Kimpembe later became the leading center -back and 28 caps on the national team. The impressive performance of Kimpembe at the capital team helped him to be summoned into the French team to attend the 2018 World Cup, where he and Le Bleus won the championship. However, the continuous injuries prevented Kimpembe no longer in coach Luis Enrique's squad and that led to the decision to break up the team after two decades of attachment.
Kimpembe left as a player who won many third titles in PSG history. The defender has helped the Parking Stadium of the Prince to win 8 Ligue 1, 7 French National Cup, 6 League Cups, 5 French Super Cups and 1 Champions League. He asserted himself as a key player under the dynasty of many different coaches at PSG, fighting against countless serious injuries to continue to be part of such a successful team.

Kimpembe joined Qatar Sports Club and could be released in the match against Al-Rayyan next weekend. He joined a tournament with the presence of some former teammates, including Marco Verratti, Pablo Sarabia and Julian Draxler.
