With the excellent performance at the AVC Nations Cup 2025, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball team closed the tournament with a convincing 3-0 victory over the Philippines in the final, thereby winning the second consecutive championship. Not only successfully defending the title, the team also created a historic leap on the world volleyball rankings, with 5 record breaks in just 7 days of competition.
Impressive victory against the Philippines, affirming the number 1 position in the region. The final took place on the evening of June 14 at Dong Anh District Stadium (Hanoi) witnessed the dazzling performance of the students of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet. With the guidance of captain Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, the Vietnamese team showed overwhelming strength and won absolute 3-0 victory against the opponent of the Philippines debt.
