For me, the most difficulty when coming to jogging is perseverance and patience to accomplish the target. Due to my characteristics, the training sessions after shifting are extremely tired and hot. There are also days when you have to get up very early to practice running long distances, especially on weekends. “
Overcoming arduous, Ngoc Loan has gradually improved her achievements. From 5km in the early days, she was able to conquer the distance of over 20km after only 1 month of training. Notably, before coming to jogging, Ngoc Loan had 3 years with the gym. The 9x beauty said that thanks to this subject, she improved her physique significantly to have a strong body as it is now.
Along with that, Loan Barbie also tried quite a lot of other sports such as golf, swimming and the latest pickleball.
