The need to recruit MU's new striker has reached the most urgent level over the weekend, when Marcus Rashford was brought to Barca until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Although Rashford was not in the long -term plan of coach Ruben Amorim, his departure made MU's squad now only one true striker Rasmus Hojlund – besides two names that could be used for backup, Joshua Zirkzee and Mathius CuHa.
No doubt MU is actively looking for a new goalscorer, and according to the latest sources, they have shifted their attention to PSG's Randal Koli Muorni. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Red Devils are ready to compete with Juventus to win the signature of the 25 -year -old striker.
And although Kolo Muorni is not a popular name that makes MU fans excited, he can completely become an extremely reasonable addition in the squad of Amorim coach.
How good is Randal Kolo Muorni?
Kolo Muavi is a “late blooming flower” in the French football village. After playing for many small clubs around the Paris area in his teenage age, he had his debut for Ligue 1 for Nantes right before his 20th birthday.
Despite being late, Kolo Muorni quickly compensated for time with impressive performances, so that Frankfurt signed a freelance transfer contract. The deal turned out to be a bargain for the German team, when they sold Kolo Muavi to PSG after only one year with an incredible price up to 95 million euros.
However, the return of France of this striker is not as expected. After an unpleasant season in Paris, he was lent at Juventus and now he needs a new stop to revive his career.
Despite falling in the order of selection at PSG, Kolo Muavi still maintains an impressive scoring and creation performance. Statistical data shows that the average rate of goals and assists every 90 minutes at the 26 -year -old star league is always high.
When in good performance in the Bundesliga, Kolo Muorni recorded 0.99 times to contribute the goal every 90 minutes – an extremely impressive figure. Even at PSG, where he was said to be disappointed, the rate was 0.76 – and that number was almost kept in the Juventus shirt. Worth mentioning, this is a better level than the Kolo Muorni period for Nantes – the place that once brought him into the blue eyes of Frankfurt.
Therefore, MU is seriously considering recruiting this striker. To make it easier to imagine the “decline” of Kolo Muavi: If last season wear MU and hold 0.76 goals/tectonic efficiency every 90 minutes in the Premier League, he will go far beyond names such as Amad Diallo (0.75), Alejandro Garnacho (0.33), Bruno Fernandes (0.57) or Hojlund (0.22).
And in the context of MU only scored 44 goals after 38 rounds in the past season, the appearance of Kolo Muavi can completely make a big difference for the journey of Amorim in the Premier League next season.
How much will buy Kolo haola cost?
Another reason why Kolo Muavi became a reasonable contract was because he was not too expensive. According to the aforementioned Italian sources, Juventus also wants the French striker, but may only be able to borrow. That means MU can completely interrupt with a suitable transfer fee to persuade PSG to sell players and they are no longer interested in keeping.
Although there is no specific price announced, but looking at the current situation of Kolo Muorni at PSG, it is clear that the Champions League champions can hardly require a price of nearly 95 million euros as they recruit him in 2023.
According to the market value chart, Kolo Muorni used to peak at 80 million euros during the time of playing in Frankfurt, but now it has dropped to only about 30 million euros. If PSG demands a price of 40 to 45 million euros, it is still a potential deal for MU – a reasonable investment for a striker who is enough to bring many goals.
Kolo Muorni may not be a transfer of the transfer market, but it is completely likely to become MU's most important deal in the summer of 2025.
